Whangamata News had the extreme pleasure of interviewing Mark Wright and his nine Gallipoli monologues, and incredible one man band who writes the script, edits performs and educates his audience on life in 1915 , April 25 and known as ANZAC Day when the colonials took a horrendous hit to the forces, laid bare to the Turks.Tickets are on sale NOW at Pumice Patch, I urge everyone to go see it, the most moving  and truly remarkable performance.

Finally, the Sweet Science of Boxing, a catch up with the Boxing Club at Bodyworks Gym already punching above its weight and has now 12 members,  with the aim to train enough boxers to compete in a planned fight night later this year ! Fundraising to go to the Wharekawa Lodge for our youth.
